We’ll meet every day (virtually) to work on a project you care about.
Sonia will do a bit of coaching each day (around 10-15 minutes), but most of the time will be dedicated to coming together for focused work.
If you’ve never tried a focus sprint, you might be surprised at how effective they can be in keeping you on-task and motivated. That’s because
- They take advantage of body-doubling, giving you a spark to get and keep moving
- They’re scheduled for a specific day and time, so you can’t procrastinate all day
- They end at a predictable time, to give some time urgency, and
- (when Sonia leads them) they come with personal encouragement and a few tips,
to help you build strong long-term habits
