Sonia walks you through a step-by-step process to set your priorities, then sharpen them into goals and milestones. She also takes a few minutes to walk through a self-gratitude exercise. The session wraps up with a few questions.

Accomplishments: A “yes/no” task or item associated with your priority — this will be the next concrete goal you’ll work toward
Habits: A habit that will move you in the direction of your priority
State: An emotional state that you believe will result from your focusing on this priority
Checklist for your quarterly plan:
Write a freeform list of everything you want. Try not to critique or self-censor at this point — just get a big list of what you want to make happen.
Use your list to choose three priorities for the upcoming quarter
Recommended: Add one more priority related to happiness or self-care
Expand each priority to an accomplishment, a habit, and a state
Define the next milestone for each priority
Identify the first/next steps toward each milestone
Assign dates and times to those steps
Keep your focus on your next milestone
